On Sunday, August 11, 2019, Beeldschoon Rolde was held for the 7th time. A competition of living statues for the championship of the three northern provinces. An open championship that attracts living statues from all over the Netherlands. Since 2017, Beeldschoon Rolde has been one of the six championships that collaborates with World Living Statues, which organized the World Living Statues Championship in Arnhem on October 1, 2017. The winners in Rolde can participate. In addition to the living statue section, there is also street theater, a fair, a stall workers’ competition and a children’s play afternoon.
