The Vigeland Sculpture Park (Vigelandsanlegget) is a sculpture park in the Frogner Park in the Norwegian capital Oslo. Vigelandsanlegget has 212 stone and bronze statues, all made between 1907 and 1942 by the Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland. Many images symbolize the cycle of human life. At the bottom of the bridge you can see the development of an embryo into a toddler, while around the Monoliths all stages of human life can be seen. The monolith itself depicts human figures climbing on top of each other.
