Montecatini Terme, Italy

Montecatini Terme is an Italian municipality in the province of Pistoia, in the Italian region of Tuscany. The town is located at the eastern end of Piana di Lucca and has a strong tourism industry, as well as industrial and commercial industries related to the spa. In 2021, the town became part of the transnational ‘Great Spa Towns of Europe’, because of its famous mineral springs and its architecture exemplifying the popularity of spa resorts in Europe during the 18th through 20th centuries.
