Luss, Scotland, United Kingdom

The picturesque conservation village of Luss is situated on the western shore of Loch Lomond.

A settlement has stood on this site since medieval times although much of the current village dates from the 18th and 19th centuries, having been developed to house workers from nearby slate quarries. Today Luss is a popular stopping-off point for visitors exploring the Loch Lomond area.
